Flexibility has been a focus in my career since its beginning. Understanding all aspects of the field of architecture, has improved my "design responsibility", that staff, consultants, and clients have come to appreciate: the ability to be creative while still staying within the boundaries of the client’s needs, budget, efficiency, and schedule. My 30+ years in the business have been spent working with developers of various size and intention. The experience has provided me with a unique perspective and an effective approach to getting great design through to the other side.

Costandi Studio provides architectural, planning and site feasibility studies directly to the client or through consulting services with other design and planning firms.
